Why We Began

 

As a working group of Real Estate Agents, in 2004 we realized that in order to successfully compete in the rapidly changing real estate environment, we MUST have a solid presence on the internet and have a website that would attract buyers and sellers who begin their real estate search on the internet.  So, we researched our options and ordered a new website from one of the leading real estate website providers.  After several years with that company, our frustration over the lack of technical support, severe server down-time, slow upload speeds, time consuming data entry, arduous formatting methods and inflexible personalization capabilities, drove us to another major website provider. Two years later, after experiencing similar frustrations, we came to the conclusion that a site to meet our unique needs as Realtors must be created, so we hired a programmer and web designer and developed a Website that Works!
